Week 2: Running 100 miles in June

A lot has gone on in the last 2 weeks. I had a wicked fall on June 2nd and had to take 6 days off from running to recover. So essentially week 1 of June was a complete wash. I came back for week 2 and have been taking it pretty easy. Basically doing a run/walk for every run while I continue to heal. Week 2 was actually great. I’m starting to get back in the grove, I’m back on the track which is great, and I’m just falling in love with running again.
